The Falcon Dominator Plus G3101 Oven Range supersedes the G2101 with a number of improved features. It is by far one of the most popular 6 burner gas oven ranges we supply at CaterGiant, being the range of choice for professional chefs.

It was voted "Best Cooking Range" in the annual Chef's Choice Awards 2016 run by Restaurant magazine, and in the 3 preceding years.

Various options are available including castors, splashback plate, additional oven shelves - see the Options below.

The Falcon Dominator G3101 has a very quick heat up time, reduced waiting time. The hob is easy to remove and keep clean, with long-lasting and robust pan supports. The range delivers heat where required, up to 400°C. It is easy to clean and to keep clean. The wide oven temperature range makes it suitable for preparing a wide variety of food. The Piezo ignition provides simple, trouble-free operation. The double doors help retain heat within the oven chamber. The multiple shelf position make the G3101 versatile, ideal for a wide range of menu items. The low-profile handles reduce intrusion into work space. The control icons have permanent, indelible marking.
