The Blue Seal GE56 is a quality extra heavy-duty stainless steel electric convection oven range with 7kW open burners.

The oven is available as a GE56D with 6 burners, GE56C with 4 burners and 300mm fixed griddle, GE56B with 2 burners and 600mm fixed griddle or GE56A with 900mm fixed griddle top.
