The Blue Seal GP516 is a quality stainless steel heavy-duty thermostatic gas griddle with 892x530mm cooking area.

It has separated left and right heat zones with 23kW thermostatic burner system.

The griddle is available as a bench top model (GP516-B), an ambient cabinet (GP516-CB), with an open leg stand (GP516-LS) or refrigerated base (GP516-RB).
