Product Summary

The Electrolux XBE10 is a high quality floor-standing 10 litre planetary euromixer.

It is suitable for all whisking and mixing operations. It can knead all types of dough and pastry, mix meats and sauces and emulsify creams.

The mixing speed can be electronically adjusted to give the most accurate setting. The powerful motor with frequency variator permits a precise adjustment of the planetary mechanism speed between 26 and 180rpm.

A splash-proof enclosure ensures liquids do not enter the electrical mechanism. A stainless steel column protects the motor and speed variator. The user-friendly touch button control panel also protects against humidity and jets of liquid with its ergonomic design.

A simple movement of the safety screen raises the bowl level and stops the motor at the same time, ensuring you can safely inspect the bowl contents as and when required.
